Returns/Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase. All products (strollers, car seats, and accessories) are final. If you have any technical issues with your stroller or car seat, we are here to help and provide a solution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Apparel items must have tags attached.
Some items are not returnable.
Non-returnable items:
Strollers and car seats
Recliners and glider chairs
Gift cards
Open-box furniture
Some health and personal care items
Pacifiers, bottles, and sippy cups
You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return.
Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then review your return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchange product to arrive may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
